💛 Why Milk Matters Exists
Because nobody prepares you for the real newborn stage.
Breastfeeding that hurts, nights with no sleep, feeling guilty and alone.
Milk Matters was created to give parents practical support, not theory:
- Breastfeeding guidance that removes pain and confusion
- Sleep routines designed for real babies, not perfect blogs
- 1:1 compassion, when you’re tired, scared and ready to give up

FAQ
1. Is this support suitable for first-time parents?
Absolutely. Both programs are designed for parents who feel overwhelmed, unsure, or anxious.
You’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions — not theory or unrealistic routines.
2. How does the 1:1 coaching work?
You’ll have a private chat (Telegram / WhatsApp) where you can ask questions, share updates, and receive personalized guidance.
No automated replies — real support, adapted to your baby.
3. What’s the difference between the Sleep Coaching and Breastfeeding Coaching?
Sleep Coaching helps you build routines, calm night crises, reduce chaos, and understand sleep cues.
Breastfeeding Coaching focuses on latch, pain reduction, feeding schedules, and emotional support.
4. When will I see results?
Most parents see improvements within a few days — sometimes even after the first session.
Results depend on your baby’s age, health, and your consistency with the plan.
5. Do you use “cry it out” or pressure-based breastfeeding methods?
No.
We use gentle, respectful strategies that prioritize baby comfort and parental wellbeing.
No forced schedules, no painful latch tolerance, no harsh sleep training.
6. Is this medical advice?
No. This is educational support, based on real newborn patterns and best practices.
If we spot warning signs or medical concerns, you’ll be directed to your pediatrician or healthcare provider.
