An Easy-to-Use Approach

Use simple, practical tips to establish realistic, flexible routines, not rigid bedtime and nap schedules.

1. How soon will I see results?

Every baby is different, but most parents see improvements within the first 48–72 hours.
You won’t get “magic overnight”, but you will get clear steps, calmer nights, and more predictable routines starting from day one.

2. Is this sleep training or cry-it-out?

No. This program is gentle, responsive and age-appropriate.
We never use the “cry it out” method.
We focus on soothing, cues, routines, and environment that respect both baby and parents.

3. What age is this program suitable for?

The coaching is designed for newborns from 0 to 36 weeks, when sleep is most chaotic and unpredictable.
If your baby is older, we can still adapt the routines during coaching.

4. Do I need special tools or products?

No. You just need:

A safe sleep space (crib, bassinet, cot)

Soft lighting

Basic night routine
Everything else is included inside the guide and coaching.

5. What if my baby has colic or reflux?

We adapt the strategy to your baby’s needs.
Sleep cues, positioning and night response techniques change when digestive discomfort is present.
If red flags appear, you will always be referred to your pediatrician

6. How does the 1:1 support work?

You will get direct access via Telegram.
You can share questions, videos, and daily updates.
You’ll receive personalized responses, adjustments, and guidance specific to your baby—not generic advice.
